From the moment I arrived, the staff, especially Mr Leo from concierge, displayed unparalleled dedication, even lending me his personal charger for a crucial business call. the attention to detail extended to the room, with exquisite amenities and impeccable cleanliness, exceeding my high expectations. the highlight was the breakfast buffet, offering an array of delectable options, including Indian street food and refreshing fruits, showcasing the hotel's commitment to quality and variety. the seamless check-in process, attentive housekeeping, and courteous gym staff further exemplified Trident's commitment to guest satisfaction. I am already looking forward to my next visit.
